Bates
County Dialysis Clinic
The
Bates County Dialysis Clinic is located at the
corner of Nursery and High Streets in Butler.
Prior to
the construction of the new Clinic, Bates County residents had to
travel to Fort. Scott, KS; Bolivar, Sedalia or Harrisonville, MO for
dialysis treatments.
With
a 40 patient capacity, the Medicare-certified clinic is able to offer
two shifts a day, with a maximum of 10 patients per shift. The clinic is
staffed with specially trained Registered Nurses and Dialysis
Technicians that operate under the direction of a Nephrologist.
"Transient" or "temporary" clients are accepted
(patients from other areas that are visiting or vacationing here.)
