Home
Health is professional service in your home, or the home of a
loved one. It can be an alternative to extended hospitalization or
nursing home placement. Care is provided to persons who have a
medical need that can be met by specially trained health care
professionals. Services are delivered under the direction of their
personal physician. Payment sources include
Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance companies. The
service area includes all of Bates County and portions of Cass,
Henry, St. Clair and Vernon. Most payment sources require
that the person be homebound with a need for skilled services
occasionally (Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, etc.) Services
offered include:
